Why China is getting an Pakistan Oplot-P but Japan cant get the Thai VT-4?

I mean why would the Leopard 2SG be in China? Neither China and Singapore have anything to do with each other militarily unlike Japan and Thailand.

So i can understand players making an argument out of it because it doesn’t make sense. Gaijin makes some of the worst proposals/decisions like giving Sweden trailed vehicles (made exceptions for them), however it doesn’t mean we should continue this path. Unless you of course want every type of vehicle or jet in the US or Russia.

Tbh as a thai person i dont mind the vt4 not going to japan (its a pretty mid tank as of today) if they not going to buff it.

But chinese does not need a leopard 2 and the oplot this is clearly a double standard and its not even about politics.

What china could use right now is a buff like spall liners and reload buff.

I would love to see my “investment” of the al khalid to pay off it self ofc like getting Abrams (in which china should get via taiwan) but adding a leopard 2sg and the oplot is just way too much.

Singapore is majority ethnically Chinese. At this point there is nothing wrong with giving every nation export/captured/trialed stuff. Russian abrams? US T80? Why not?

by the same logic japan doent need a vt4 then

Did you read my reply?

Ethnicity? When is this a factor on where to place vehicles?
I am really curious where and what vehicle according to you is placed based on ethnicity because all i see are vehicles being placed based on the military connection they have to that nation.

Singapore and China have non military connections (no alliance and no arms deals).

Sure if germany then gets a chinese vehicle as compensation with that logic since leopards are german tanks

Japan is not getting a VT-4 (at the moment)

Great, in this case Gaijin can just make an Africa TT and add any vehicle to it, because humans are all originated from Africa 😒

The Thai VT-4 should come when Gaijin feels it’s ready.
And the Oplot-P is a good justification to support the Thai VT-4.

I would prefer giving my 2-years-delayed-and-still-missing spall liners on the ZTZs instead of yet another squadron vehicle to be honest.

Maybe yeah… But gaijin tends to attempt or to appear attempting trying to appease whichever player group they’ve triggered in a very strange way as usual

And it comes for squadron vehicle people who grind Japanese oplot is a idiot like me

Gaijin’s decisions often leave everyone baffled. China already has the VT5 in the game; what Gaijin should really focus on is fixing and improving the existing Type 99 and VT series tanks for the Chinese tech tree, rather than simply adding another copy like the Oplot-T (which isn’t even the “P” variant). Besides, I believe the VT4 for Japan will eventually be implemented in the future .

Gaijin’s playing dead on this is the exact reason why China would “need” an oplot tbh
And before that - 7,1 second reload → 7,0 second reload (datamine, if it’s true) is just a rude provoke to the players tbh and it doesn’t and shouldn’t count as a fix :/

sure, Japan don’t Thai need VT-4 just like China don’t need Oplot M1A2T Leopard 2SG F-16 Mirage 2000 and US heli Gaijin should remove them all.

Get Japanese Oplot in 6 days max, or wait over 3 months for Pakistani Oplot… I know which method I prefer.

@ARK_BOI
And USA doesn’t “need” M1A2 SEP3 cause they already have Abrams… [not my belief].
That argumentation is not good.
