It would be a great addition to the swedish tech tree and would be a great opponent against other more powerful vehicles (BMPT and other, better spike launchers). Per example, we have the Namer Tsrikhon, it features a decent APS and has some modern equipment like LWS, the already mentioned APS and many other things that make it a good tank. Judging by the state of the high tier BRs, the Vilkas and the CV90 mk4 are the worse spike launchers in the game. The addition of a modernized CV90 mk4 would change and balance that game, obviously if Gaijin also decides to add some other advanced IFVs to compete against it and the BMPT, that would be great for everybody.

As a warning, suggestions can take awhile to be read, let alone passed.
From my experience, a suggestion is usually checked the same/next day as submitted. If it’s alright it will stay. Then it’s reviewed again, if it’s deemed to have sufficient sources and info, it will pass and join the suggestions section.
If it’s rejected (where your suggestion is no longer pending but isn’t visible in the suggestions area), contact a suggestion mod to receive a copy of the submission and a reason for rejection (typically not enough sources/history/specification information, untrustworthy sources or missing images) and try remedy the error before resubmission.
Again the process can take months so do note that. Hope it goes well.

Just made a suggestion for the addition for this tank, didn’t know i can’t edit the forum after i created it so it has some minor mistakes and some things i’d like to add but i think it’s fine.
I explained how the CV9030 mk4 is the worst spike launcher in the game when comparing with other spike launchers of the same BR, including the new CRV Block 2 for the UK. Sweden really needs something new and with these BMPTs all over the place, it become a necessity to have a better light tank at that BR or higher.

Do they ever use the counterpart addition rule when it comes to Russia? I’ve only ever seen it used whenever it’s Russia that doesn’t have an available counterpart and never when it comes to adding a Russian vehicle.

yea they use it, its just sometimes they actualy leave it dominate to balence win rates.
exemple: when the su30sm was added back march 2025, r77-1 was next gen missile but others still stuck with aim120 A/B.
and russian winrate was low due to the addition of rafale and eft2000 back in december 2024.
so they let them rule ( even if the rafale is the king till now ) to get win rate up and then add new aim120C5 3 months after the addition on su30sm.

Not entirely the 50mm can be added which would be far better there is also the 35mm, basically sny caliber would be better than the 30mm from a Czech model especially considering gaijin used the Czech model for the weight then removed the APS and LWS so we get the worst 10.7 ifv

Problem is i don’t think most nations has anything similiar, Heavy IFVs and such aren’t really common in general, narrow that down to the nations you have in-game and it gets even harder to find something
only ones that comes to mind that would fit the current nations available would probably be the Chinese VN20 and Singapore’s Hunter AFV
There are a few hell the CV90 MK.IV is stanag level 6 which is resistant to 30mm APDS from 500m. Would be nice to start giving IFV’s their actual armor values
