A moderator named Charlie Dog banned me in game for 30 days. I did not use a slur, insult anyone nor did his explanation make any sense. I made a comment about RNG where i wrote “I didnt know this game had RNG” which his explanation was about “ricochets” when I wasn’t talking about ricochets at all. As a player since BETA I think this just ridiculous and I demand an actual reason why. thank you
Chat bans are retrospective, not necessarily for your most recent comments
It was in general chat and it was right after that I had the chat message after CharlieDog responded about RNG hits or something. If it wasn’t that, then i don’t know what was and never had a warning pr anything

Never give open critisism on snail on general chat…
It is one of biggest offences what you can do , and will definetly bring you chat ban…
People can spam nearly any racist slurs , jokes etc, but my my if you say something about snail…
