I think gaijin more and more perfunctory.kv7 is
less innovative than TOG and 38 cm tiger. In fact ,have many special blueprint tank even prototype tank in the history. But most of them are not famous, for example,Gemmany E series tank and Soviet’s object. I think event vehicle doesn’t have to be strong, but it has to be intesesting .kv7 made me feel no different from the kv1.
That’s a good point, it just feels like a worse, Casemate version of the KV-1E, with massive weakspots.
Especially when its stuck fighting vehicles that can just lol pen it with ease.
In fact,I look up information about kv7.I found kv7 have two prototype vehicle. The other have two 76mm guns.I think that one might be more interesting than this one. After all, that one can become a 4.0 VT1.
Guys forget the meaning of the anniverssary vehicle.
Is not to farm a line or to be the new meta, the porpouse is to be weird, and this thing acomplish this perfectly.
I agree wholeheartedly. Glad to have collected it, but not very fun to play.
Umm I have not used the Kv-7 but I have checked there armor and it has 100mm behind that thin plate.
and the 45mms are good spoters and the 75mm I have found in the test grounds is better then on standard Kv’s
Basically, The 3.7 KV-1 has a L11 cannon, 4.7 KV-1 has a Zis5 and the KV7 has if I’m not wrong a F-34 cannon that’s why they seem different.
Instead of refund you need a better thinking. You can test drive it to see mobility, shooting, reloading and you can test armor in the armor analysis
its not meant to be that great, its a dreams come true tank. its kinda just to add a silly little tank even if its not that great.
It is meant to be unique and more of a collection tank than a playable tank. Bro didn’t check the tank quality , spent money on it and proceed to come on here cry about it and blame gaijin.
im suprised to see how well people do in the kv-7, honestly. yes, its armor leaves things to be desired. however, against most mainstream enemies, this thing has plenty of everything.
its armor, 100mm thick at close to all the points, is enough to bounce other t-34’s, sherman rounds, british 75mm rounds, japanese 75mm rounds.
In other words, all the main stream enemies, cant reliably pen this thing. while it can pen them.
only german long 75mm, with questionable success, the arl-44 acl-1, usa 76mm featured on tanks like the m10 gmc, and british 17 pounder, can reliably pen this thing, when mentioning vehicles that fall within its br. and because those guns have high pen, their vehicles suck. can easily be penned by the russian 76mm.
the F-34 and the Zis-6 are basically the same exact gun so.
kinda but can’t check since im banned yipee
TOG was amazing, and still is, that thing can rip and tear through entire enemy teams with ease. That reload, combined with the damn good armor for 5.3, even if its slow as all hell, is a dangerous combo in the hands of anyone who know’s how to handle slow tanks.
