Yes, rockets and bombs
okay? doesnt really matter that much because having a smart plane or a smart spaa, let alone both in a single match is exceedingly uncommon these days
also nobody sane actually pays full SP price for a plane, airstrike exists
Why care about actual games when doing prior analysis on balance
low userates lead to not fun in posterior
A buff in specific lineups on the light tank side?
Also much worse flight performance than other aircraft Alpha is just an all rounder while the 105 is good at one thing
Yak-38 and F-100A are not for GRB, F100E is much better than them. As AGM12 has nerfed due to the speed buff, it is hard control; move Scimitar to 9.3 is unreasonable and should be back to 8.7, same as FJ4B.
Rockets flares is useless in GRB; in GRB, pre-flare is much more important, and the effectiveness of rockets is worse than real flares.
For Q5A/I’s RWR, the most important thing is that it can detect the M247’s radar, which is the most dangerous SPAA around this BR(consider PGZ09 is Chinese)
Compared to other CAS, Alpha E and Etendard are pretty normal and even worse than some of 8.7 CAS
MCLOS isnt hard to use for CAS.
yea no lol. A-4E early can still go on rampages, Scimitar fmk1 and sea vixen, random saab trainers, buccaneers and anything else with bullpup and other MCLOS bombs are absurd for their BRs still. Just fly high directly over enemy ground spawn and the room temperature (celcius) IQ gepard abusers wont see you or even be able to fight back if they saw you.
Few of those air kills are also bullpups btw, they are pretty good for head on jousting.
TLDR - Thinking MCLOS is bad is a skill or bad control setup issue
if you set your controls up right you can do disgusting snipes tat ranges even AGM 65B couldnt dream of outside of perfect conditions.
Will still say a ballistic computer with mighty mouse rockets on an alpha jet will generally be more practical and has a much lower skill floor
must ask, which aircraft are they worse than? I can only think of A-4B from 8.7 that is better than them
Yak 130 being 9.0 (9.7 GRB) makes everything until frogfoot and A-10 look like a waste of time so i hope you dont mean that.
Is this with load and what fuel? Cause you do know the 105 is unarmed and only has 6 hard points 2 for guns and another two for missiles, additionally what the fuel load for this graph, a clean 105 makes sense for this performance it is a trainer aircraft after all
If you’re gonna run this as a solid show of evidence I’d recommend giving it the negative stats from carrying a gun pod on one of the wings or both of the wings.
I’d ask @ron_23 for this since I knows he pretty familiar with that site for getting flight performance
To be honest, I don’t see this record shows how OP this CAS plane is, even a little bit sympathy, Damn 55 death and only 60kill???
You have provided the answer, maybe not all, SAAB 105, Sea Vixen, A4B, even Mig15ISH and Buccaneer, to be honest, If MCLOS real OP, then we have:

Both of them are based on the 30% fuel load, my 81110 was not work for a period of time, so I haven’t tested that when SAAB takes a gun pod, but since my experienced in ARB, the Alpha is pretty hard to survive from a dogfight; the acceleration is horrible
I only ask about loadout because the SK60 and SAAB 105 are trainers through and through and statshark iirc doesn’t put any equipment on vehicles as to show a clean load. Realistically the comparison between both jets imo is skewed when taking the clean load into account as very few SAAB 105 pilot (at least in my experience) take at least a gunpod or both when bombing.
Im not exactly a CAS main and a lot of those deaths are from ARB compression shafting my K/D ratios.
Sea vixen is very limited when it comes to bullpups only having two and being so big your screen is filled up by that giant wing. Still got positive K/D with it.
I guess the voutour is better on paper… it is a gigantic brick tho. the airframe is doing its armament no favours at all.
SK60 can get stuffed, that thing should be 8.3 in ground and 7.7 in air. im sick of undertiered jet trainers in this game, why the hell can a centurion mk1 get blown up by a MCLOS missile in normal game circumstances?
an alpha jet with CCIP and a load of rocket pods is going to be capable of much much more overall, while being able to dogfight.
SK60 going to 8.3 just makes nobody play it same with it in air. It used to be 7.7 also a 42k SL repair cost it went down because it had like a .4 KD
As for ground Sweden has 1 8.3 tank and nobody is uptiering their lineup for a single mid CAS aircraft that’s slow with RB05A. What you’re suggesting isn’t balance you just want people to stop playing CAS.
Don’t get me wrong I hate CAS too but let’s not act like you’re actually trying to balance stuff because you really aren’t. That or you’re just that ignorant to how BRs work on those nations.
Also seriously who is playing the SK60 with a singular 7.0 SPAA?
ill bet thats a perfect storm of skill issue and the extreme undertiering of gepards and sabres.
We are seeing that exact situation again with the hawk T1a, a slightly better plane for ARB (other than not having MCLOS missiles) but doing horribly overall. if BR changes that are due soon do what would probably be logical its gonna throw another jet trainer into prop BRs
its armament is too restricted to be worth taking over a spitfire mk24 for GRB at 7.0 and 7.7 air… theres sabres only 0.3 higher and you cant even deal with an F-80a-5 other than barely outrunning it.

(i didnt expect the performance to be quite this bad, it wasnt great to play but jesus christ)
I mean no lineup to play with without uptiering other vehicles does make it less popular, only people probably playing it are those who don’t know much about it, I’ve seen more L-39s than anything else while I’ve been playing 7.7 france recently for the event, don’t think I’ve seen a SAAB 105 or SK60, though tbf Sweden is like one of the least popular nations for people to grind with TT vehicles so not ton surprising compared to just prem players.
As for Hawks I haven’t seen them though once more that’s more likely cause I just don’t look at my teammates enough given I’ve had British players on my team for most matches and they just 1 death leave playing 8.7 or 6.7 that or crash into the ground like they have personal issues against the earth lol.
a lack of lineup doesnt warrant a vehicle being left undertiered. Its a shame that vehicles die without a lineup but it is healthier for the game than have more things OP and undertiered.
Ive seen SK60s a fair bit and been their CAS victim plenty, i may just be getting rather unlucky by facing the only people that remember it exists and knew how to set up MCLOS binds.
they are some of the least played planes of its BR in september even tho it was brand new for september, DOA doesnt even cut it with only 27,128 games in their debut month, theres unobtainable super niche planes getting played more than a brand new addition…
tbf who wants to play those BRs amidst 35mm SPAA hell.
all the hawks ive seen in game (including myself) have became lawn darts pretty quickly as its simply crap to play, it doesnt do anything with actual haste other than roll… makes me sad as the BAE hawk is one of my favourite planes ever made
the whirlwinds are being played more 😭
Tbf most brit mains I’ve talked to in matches like the 8.7 lineup, 90% of them are just running the ZA line and trying to spawn rush then get into CAS but that same logic also goes to the few Japanese players sweating with LTs trying to get into the Albatross.
Personally for me I won’t play Sweden 7.0 or 7.x in general since gaijin doesn’t want anyone to play it, seriously one centurion and a mid SPAA that’s a better TD than SPAA isn’t interesting imo. Though realistically I’m not gonna play Sweden unless I’m with a friend or we get more Danish/Finnish vehicles.
one of my mates does that near constantly, basically the only way he plays sweden around that BR now
He must enjoy CBT, good for him
