Which premium tank i should buy? (needs to be in summer sale)

In my humble opinion, none. If you are level 12 and suddenly you arrive in the top tier in a plane with mechanics that you don’t know, you’re just going to get demolished over and over again by players who know the different strategies

Well seeing as you’re a new player I would say none. All the tank packs on sale are rank 5 and above and if you bought one, you’d get absolutely steam rolled by the enemy. I’d recommend playing longer and seeing if you even like the game before you end up spending $30+ dollars on it.
This is what I’d recommend. Wait until the next time GE vehicles are on sale and buy a rank 3 tank. They are only like $10 when on 50% sale. It will help you grind the early part of the TT of your choice while also letting you see more of the game. My other recommendation would be, just buy some premium account time. But again, do this when on sale. A year only costs $40 when on sale
