I want to do Russia but as you said the gun depression being horrible and also the reverse speed I enjoy Russia air a lot but for ground a bit depends what map it is but not just Top tier what about other tiers you slightly missed I do want to know the best nation to play and main only one nation for air and ground
That close range A2A missile problem in US, Germany and Sweden should be fixed with introduction of next gen missile such as AIM-9X and IRIS-T which is most likely to happen next year
I don’t want to write a literal essay on what I prefer in each nation and why, but I can give you the BRs I play, and hopefully you’ll be able to determine whether you’d like them or not. I can provide some nuances, if needed.
I don’t really play low BRs, and haven’t been playing a whole lot of the mid BRs due to grinding top tier, which is why I’m missing a lot in some nations.
My personal favorite/grinding lineups, including some premium and event vehicles, outside of top tier (<12.0): USA 5.7/6.7/7.0, Germany 5.3/5.7/6.7/10.0/10.7, Russia 5.7/7.7/9.0/10.3/11.7, Great Britain 10.7(i dont have much else), Japan 7.3, China 6.0/8.3/10.3, Italy (not enough matches played), France 7.7/10.0/11.0, Sweden 10.7, Israel 6.3/10.0 (mostly for the Ayit).

Yeah, Russia is good, but you have to know the maps to make effective use of your gun depression. It’s sort of a skill check nation, but that also depends on which vehicle you’re using as well.
Assuming you’re not a highly skilled player, I’d recommend watching Cavenub and BPA_Jon , on YT, to learn good positioning and rotations. They have taught me quite a few tricks over the years.

I’d say it’s A tier or even S tier for air, but it can be a struggle to make the tanks work well on quite a few maps depending on where the enemy is. Like I said “It’s sort of a skill check nation”, so you need to know how to manage bad gun depression and the sometimes very slow vertical guidance speed for the guns.
I’d agree with the guy from earlier who said that Germany would be a good start, but I’m also going to say that the US would be good too. They’re both good throughout all the BR ranges on average, with several lineups being incredible. They’re just well-rounded nations that have a bit of everything, and most of the vehicles are very easy to use, since they have decent/fast reverse, and good gun depression/handling.
The reason why I like Russia so much is because of the powerful air tree with good dogfighters and ground is good because some Russian Tanks can tank rounds espesually when it comes to higher tiers I also like future improvment which is what USA and Russia have in common for both air and ground so I am wondering which one out of those 2 to play
I’d say play both, so you aren’t locked into a single tree at a certain BR, allowing you to swap when you need a break.
Germany is better all around, but Russia can be great, especially the Yak-3U and the Flankers.

Yeah thanks for this dude I want to stick to one nation but thats kinda impossible when you can get so naive so yeah I’ll play both USA and Russia

It’s just a game after all, so you can always swap to a different tree for a few weeks, if you want to try something different.
That’s what I did after I got bored of grinding USA.

Sweden is a better version of Germany top tier. Strv 122 have better armor then the 2AV7, good IVF, AA is decent with the soon coming NASAMS, Cas is okay, but sweden 5.0 to 7.0 a mess. 8.0 till 10.7 is okay, but if you want to only play one nation, then its China or Germany. Why China, well its mid tier is a bit small, 6.7 will suffer, but top tier, it has better russan tanks. Japan is also good.
I think for air and ground Italy is one of the fastest and most fun to grind.
You get tanks from multiple nations + unique Italian vehicles.
IMO US/Ger/Ru trees are too bloated.

US is kinda struggling with top tier air rn. Germany indeed would be better over all. If you forget about top tier air, US is a pretty good over all tree and equal to Germany
