Why the devs decided skipping C-7 and directly adding AIM-120D? C-7 also got longer range then the current C-5 and more importantly there are more countries that equiped C-7 rather then D. I really don’t see any reason for adding D variant in game right now.

the C-7 and C-5 are identical in war thunder so it woudnt do anything anyways and the 120D is basically identical too only having better ins and no datalink changes

even though 120D is suppose to have 2 way datalink so if datalink as it stands is unchanged then thats just pure bs
its somehow the least realistic aim120 so far

They gave the Aim-120-C-7 and Aim-9x to the CLAWS and NASAMS. Also is the New Aim-120D good? Better then the Aim-120B and C?
from the how it feels so far its just a C-5, ins being 0 doesn’t do much unless your going for full long range fox3 shots without using your radar otherwise the missile is just as easy to notch as a c-5, aslo the thing about guidance logic being better for range was either a lie or just not in the game yet its flies near identical to the C-5 and doesn’t loft any better
