Where is my type 90 fuji?

I made a purchase via PIX (I have the receipt and everything), but the item wasn’t delivered. What’s strange is that it’s still showing as charged in my bank app. I need support to help expedite the resolution of this issue. I can’t wait two days for a response; I need it resolved as soon as possible.

To my American friends: my region and payment method are Brazilian, which is why I used PIX. Don’t be alarmed if you see the term!
