B3 are around 13 % more thrust.
As for CMS l, same as USA, can swap for small. Although I don’t have hard evidence of that

Argument is probably long over but I wanted to contribute my two cents anyway:
F-15C GE is arguably worse than the future F-15EX which is a budget AESA-Typhoon on account of having less radar gimbal limits, no IRST (unless taking Legion pod which still produces drag and weight), no MAWS, and having similar climb-rate and acceleration to the Typhoon but worse maneuverability.
F-15C GE can remain at 14.3 while being worse than the F-15EX which can be introduced at 14.7 but that would still be worse than the AESA-Typhoon at the same battle-rating.
What if they put the f15ex at 14.7? Would you still say the f15Ge should be at the same BR as the f15ex? Just curious
