77-1s are still the 2nd best arh in top tier, and the near instant pick-up rate makes the search area a much smaller issue compared to mechs (just try scanning something with an average m2k radar compared to say, F-15C radar)
Almost completely useless in arb. Regular digital rwr already does most of the grunt work and you only really need MAWs against IRs.
Still has better ergonomics than e2k, at least it doesn’t flop around like fish out of water. Dogfighting capability is nigh irrelevant compared to sustained defensive capability, which rafale still easily accomplish. Sure, it’ll lose to an F-2A dogfight, but can an F-2A sustain mach 2? Can an F-2A regain speed in defensive maneuvers like rafale?
J15T is the more maneuverable than the J16 and the J16 is ugly, nobody likes 2 seaters let’s be real, and tri wing aircraft are kino
