Where are the new BR brackets for SIm battles and why is the Tornado ADV on 12.0 instead of 11.7

I’m wondering where the new BR brackets for SIM battles are. I think they didn’t implemented this. Is it coming later?

And what happens with the Tornado ADV its now 12.0 but the BR change table says its only moving up to 11.7.

The table was changed, people pointed out that it’s better in every way than the UK Phantoms, which were 12.0, while the tornado was only moving to 11.7

But its wierd that a new BR bracket is 12.0-13.7 makes no sense but okay
