What do you mean. It hasn’t respected anything lmao we are missing so many German tanks in game like the TVMs. The tank the made the 2a5. Or 2a6EX demo 2. The tank that 1 tested the MTU 883 and was used for the PSO trial. The 2a7+ that was the predecessor to the 2a7V and so many others like all the 2a6 variants we are missing.

2A8 at top tier would be a balanced addition, armor isn’t even significantly upgraded but passive protection has a SIGNIFICANT upgrade with aps and LWR which Germany completely lacks at top tier.

You were just complaining about Germany not having uparmoured leopards. And then don’t ask for more uparmoured leopards in the form of 2a6EX and 2a7+ but go ask for something basically identical to 2a7V armour

2a7+ and 2a6EX would have the same armour as 122s… And 2a6EX demo 2 could get the 1630hp engine. So there’s 3 uparmoured leopards for Germany ignoring the 2a7a1 and 2a8. What add nothing but trophy

Im the last person to defend T-series tanks but lets be fair here, not like LFP isnt weakness on russian tanks as well, and them being more cramped does bring its own share of problems.

You are a good player, reasonable person.
I just think many people see things differently than you or me.
Gajin is doing everything it can to keep RU MBTs strong.
- It’s a popular TT - I get it.
- T-series are main opponents of the other factions - that’s true.
- Small weakspots - no doubt about it.
- Gajin want it to be competitive, so they buff them - I get it.
- Volumetric hell stronger than others - I believe so, sadly.
- They’re a pretty tough opponent for average players - that’s my take.
- They don’t have the best MBTs in the top tier - that’s true, end of topic.
The grass is always greener on the other side, yeah sure.
Unfortunately, on top of that, Gajin is serving players:
Unequal treatment.
- Selective nerfs to NATO vehicles, which are often annoying. “We don’t want a well-aimed shot to go unrewarded, hence the turret and FCS, batteries, etc.”
- The RU autoloader that eats up shells without causing any jams.
- The RU FCS that doesn’t cause any major issues.
- Spikes that simply don’t work.
- The Bushmaster that simply doesn’t work.
- NATO MBTs that can’t withstand fire from a 30mm autocannon - even head-on.
- The BM Oplot case - there’s nothing to explain here. It’s weaker than the T-80, of which it’s a derivative.
Balance
- Premium CAS, which is extremely powerful and affects balance more than is commonly discussed. This isn’t exclusively a USSR issue, but they do have very strong CAS.
- Minor factions that don’t have much to offer. They need buffs they haven’t seen in years. Instead, they’ve been nerfed.
- Once added, almost never changed: armor. Despite the evidence—the best evidence the community can legally obtain.
- Four ready-rack for Challengers, which is complete fiction.
I’ve seen you prove your point more than once.
Neither the BMPT, nor the T-80s, nor the T-90s are better than the best NATO tanks we have in the game. Despite the nerfs, despite their flaws.
What I disagree with is the bigger picture you’re painting - it makes it seem like a walk in the park.
As if the BMPT in hull-down isn’t extremely dangerous and doesn’t turn the tide of battles. Meanwhile, most vehicles capable of hull-down - for which it’s the main capability - weren’t over-BR’ed constantly. “Check out my video of me slaughtering the BMPTs.”
As if “volumetric hell” happened to everyone equally, when in fact it occurs incomparably more often in tightly packed T-80s T-90s. “Check out my video of an Abrams getting a shell lodged in its fuel tank.” The Russian “fuel driver” drama is no joke, and it happens all the time even with perfectly centered shots.
As if there were no unequal treatment in terms of balance. Selective realism, while the basis for RU buffs isn’t disclosed or is questionable, and other factions are required to provide nearly scientific-level evidence which is then ignored anyway. “Look, Chinese Abrams performed great.”
People pushed so hard to break the pattern - the armor composition is being changed without external evidence that we can’t provide to Gajin. Those damned Sweden trails.
As if Russian players’ top-tier CAS weren’t powerful, their AA outstanding and Helis couldn’t solo the battle. “There are equivalents - take a look at this or that.” RU is among the leaders, and it can buy itself an excellent top-tier CAS. You can really feel this combination in battles. It just works.
Ground RBs are still won thanks to tanks, but the outcome of battles is often turned around by CAS.
Your video and posts, which try to prove the obvious(weakspots), rely on cherry-picking(volumetric) and generalizations - doesn’t hold up when we consider the overall picture and the player base as a whole.
I don’t mean this as a personal attack. Just a simple, polite exchange of thoughts.
Maybe you’ll be a little more forgiving towards the next person who posts nonsense.
