Hello,
Since the PS5 Pro update, anti-aliasing appears to be completely broken on both the PS5 and PS5 Pro, making the game nearly unplayable in Ground Realistic Battles (GRB). The excessive shimmering, flickering, and aliased textures are extremely distracting and strain the eyes significantly.
Despite my efforts to address these issues—submitting bug reports, raising awareness, and tagging relevant team members—I haven’t received a single response. This lack of communication is deeply frustrating.
The visuals before the update were far superior. A simple rollback to the previous version would make a world of difference. As it stands, this problem tarnishes the entire experience, effectively lowering the game’s quality to “trash tier” on consoles. It’s not just bad for players; it’s terrible publicity for new ones.
I’ve invested a lot of time and money into the game and was especially excited to finally play the Rafale. Leaving the game feels impossible for me right now, but this situation has been demoralizing. I even feel embarrassed sharing my Rafale gameplay videos with friends due to the poor visual quality.
Another lingering issue is the Dutch Apache pack, which has been unavailable since the last update. There’s been no communication about this either.
Please address these problems. Ignoring them makes it seem like everything is fine, which couldn’t be further from the truth.

Since the update for the PS5 Pro’s launch, a patch was released for both the standard PS5 and the PS5 Pro versions of games. After this patch, overall graphical quality dropped significantly. The biggest issue seems to be the complete absence of anti-aliasing. Stickers, decals, and other details look blurry and messy unless they are perfectly perpendicular. Curved edges also suffer, with noticeable aliasing and flickering. Lines start to flicker as soon as they are slightly angled.
This problem hasn’t improved with any of the PS5 Pro updates so far. I preordered the PS5 Pro and got it on launch day, so I hadn’t tested these issues on my standard PS5 at first. But after noticing the problems, I tried adjusting the settings and then switched to my regular PS5. The same issues were there, even though I had never experienced them before the update. Initially, I tested both consoles on my first TV, which was a 4K 60Hz model. Despite multiple updates, nothing changed, and the flickering and aliasing were still present. It’s incredibly harsh on the eyes, especially in tank battles.
Since I was fed up with the issue, and I read that PSSR could cause discomfort on TVs that weren’t 120Hz—apparently because switching to 60Hz created problems—I decided to buy a Samsung Neo QLED Q85D. This new TV supports VRR, Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), and runs in 4K at 120Hz. I tested both the PS5 Pro and the standard PS5 on this TV, making sure the Pro was running at 4K 120Hz in-game with TV panel. I went through all the settings multiple times and adjusted everything I could. But despite all that, nothing changed. The anti-aliasing issue is still there, and the game’s visuals have become a complete mess, the game look incredible but with insane graphic issue at the same time…
Please.

I can’t be alone? Where are PS5 (+Pro) players??
Hello!
Thank you very much for expressing your concerns and sharing the issues you are experiencing. We will look into this asap.
While we are at it, can you please maybe provide some screenshots/videos of the issues you are experiencing? Any particular decals, stickers, vehicles where you see blurriness? Any particular vehicles or locations (or particular places in these locations) where you most notice flickering and lack of AA?
Any chance you have gameplay videos or screenshots before and after the update in question where you started experiencing issues described? Could you share them with us?
A good practice could be if you have a screenshot before the update that is easy to recreate in the latest version for comparison between the two (so that the setting was identical, like looking at the vehicle in hangar or in test drive, etc).
I guess that’s all we need for now. If we require something else, we’ll let you know.
Thank you once again for the expressed concerns and your patience. We are already looking into this.
Looking forward to your reply!

Inll make further investissement when I’ll can, I already struggle with event…
Anyway, some peoples said timo me Anti aliasing issue was already aknowledged and working on?
Hello,
I recorded a video in 4K today, and the quality is much better. It looks like the issue with non-perpendicular blurry decals is gone. However, please take a look at how the mesh on the tank is shimmering/buggy and how all the straight lines on the containers (anti-aliasing issue?) appear weird, clipping, and shimmering. It’s very distracting.
In the second clip, you can see anti-aliasing issues on the Rafale’s MFD when I’m not zooming in.
In the last clip, you can see very poor-quality meshes that are unrealistic and obstruct our line of sight. In real life, grilles are almost invisible.
I’m checking my old PS5 to find clips recorded before the PS5 Pro update. However, if I don’t have 4K clips, we won’t be able to compare properly since older recordings are in 1080p (even if the gameplay was in 4K).
PS : you have to watch in 4k/ fullscreen to be able to see what I try to describe…
Hi!
Sorry for missing your reply.
Thank you for sharing the videos, it’s always a lot easier to understand the problem when it’s visualized.
I can now see the problem with various fences and lines, we are looking into these. You’ve made a great job capturing them! Thank you very much for these, really appreciated.
All these issues will be reported and hopefully we’ll be able to find best solution possible (performance and visual aspect wise).
Once the problems are solved, I will come back to you to let you know.
Thank you!

Hello and thank you, about performance, in 4k VRR ALLM I run a constant 120fps (except in naval) so you can push up the graphic (especially map texture and range of popping object/HD models please)
Edit : I can show to you what was speaking about when I say line and decals became blurry etc when angled :
Look at the white stripes
I would like to share my issue aswell. This happened with ps5 pro. The game appears to have extreme ghosting/ black shimmering. Seems to align with the issues you are experiencing. Heres the video i took whilst playing on custom test flight with dark weather and low cast clouds. Its very easy to see the extreme ghosting and its frankly very painful to look at.
It usually appears when moving the aircrafts whether you move fast or slow it doesnt matter. Ghosting shows itself anyway.
