When does USN get the Colorado or North Carolina?

I actually did a report on that, which was accepted but has not been implemented. Reloads for all US superdreads should be anywhere between 2-2.5rpm based off irl firing trials. It had been thought previously that the rate of fire decreased after the 30s modernizations but I found a primary source document saying otherwise. I hope they do get around to changing it eventually as outside the reload the standards are a joy to play in my opinion.

Well this post aged like milk.
Colorado’s in the leak.

Do you have a Link? Or are you, as usual, just repeating something you read from someone else who actually knows?

Any hint that they might? Because that is something I really want to see changed

I’ve asked HK a couple times and so far no news about them changing it. Perhaps once proper fast battleships start getting added it could be changed to keep them relevant(copium).

Or maybe the condition of such record is not under full salvo. Rodney’s record about 27 second is also denied because it is half-salvo and 30 second record of full salvo is only accepted, though they saids next update it will be changed(Rodney still has 40 seconds reload)

Ever heard of the Katie shell?

As near as I could tell working off the SRBP numbers for the recorded shoot I used in my report with Tennessee as an example, the shoot consisted of firing ~6 salvos worth of shells as fast as she could and derived rate of fire from there. The USN statistic did not list salvo interval in terms of time, but rather shots per gun per minute, with reload time being derived from that statistic. In that shoot Tennessee fired 71 shells with a derived SPGPM of 2.2, so it isn’t an issue of half salvos misrepresenting salvo interval.

Assuming that practice remained the same into the 30s, as it was still SRBP, these numbers improved into the 30s and per Jurens had to be ordered limited to 2.5spgpm to ensure safety.

no, never, and I couldn’t care less about your Katies

15-20 kiloton nuclear naval artillery shell :)

cool, bring them in the game. I guess it would work as fine as F-117

Thank you sincerely. Can you please provide the source?

source on which? that leak list or Colorado on dev-server?

say that when a german battlecruiser with BB guns 1 shots your atlanta.

Nice to see the Colorado-class confirmed, though she was always expected for this patch when she wasn’t quite ready in time for the last one.
