They don’t have a proper modern top tier capable Ifv, Russia is standardizing around the bmp3 currently so at least they should get one of their parade ponies ifv they crap out every 2 years to have something at top tier.

Bmpt wouldn’t be better than bmp2m as it’s significantly slower + if gainin does their due diligence the double cannons should be quite inaccurate.

Not an ifv + it would arguably be a side grade to bmp2m + there are as many bmpt as there are kurganets etc… there aren’t many and there is no production.

Kurganets or BTR 90 are the way to go imo
