SPAA have highrate of fire yes. But they are killable. Terminator is not. Turret is for some reason external module so destroying turret doesn’t kill the tank. Ammo belt going to the gun is for some reason disconnected from the ammo carusel in the tank even though in game you can shoot all your ammo without single reload - it is by mechanic connected.
Shooting missile launcher does only disable the one missile launcher. However on counterparts it disables either whole tank (WALL-E) or at least whole turret (Name-T, Puma).
I have no problem playing the BMPT at 11.3. This was never about wanting to dominate 9.3 matches. That is not the point.

When you buy a car, you might choose it for something as simple as the color — you don’t expect that a week later, without any consequences, the dealer takes the car away and changes its color.
You see buying a car (physical thing) is a bit different to licence to use. I hate it but it is what it is. This whole game isn’t a game but licence to use. Same with vehicles - you don’t buy them you only buy licence to use.
You are probably not a new player so you should know that Gaijin loves to make new vehicles (premium ones) lower br and then correct them. So you shouldn’t be suprised by it.
I wander if you even played againts Terminator using something else then soviet vehicles because if yes then you should understand that the thing was completelly unbalanced and is still broken.
