I mean I agree, however your 10.3 lineup will to just fine at 11.3. Vehicles are always subject to BR changes, and 9/10 a vehicle is added at way too low of a BR whether by accident or not. At least for me the rule of thumb is if im not willing to play it in a full uptier then i wont buy it. the BMPT was a powerhouse at 10.3 wrecking everything, and at 11.3 it still has its place, but more in a packup role like most “light tanks” or whatever this thing is cause its got solid armor

Look the fact that you’re complaining about fast spaa and T58 tells me that you’re not playing right. The fact that they have fast speed and good autocannons is negated by having no armor. The BMPT has two separate autocannons with external belts. Its a completely different system that benefits the BMPT.

If you want to blame something for the BMPT-72 premium, don’t blame the fast SPAA, they have a counter. The T-58 I haven’t played much against tbh so I will let someone else comment on that. Blame the BMPT TT. It has more crew leading to more survivability. Use the BMPT-72 to get the even more op BMPT.

You misunderstood my message. When you buy a car, you might choose it for something as simple as the color — you don’t expect that a week later, without any consequences, the dealer takes the car away and changes its color. That’s what frustrates me about the “it is what it is” approach.

Then what would you have Gaijin do?

Leave the premium BMPT at an OP BR just because people bought it with real money?

Should all premiums be permenantly left in the exact state they were when added and never recieve, buffs or nerfs, BR changes, new features ,etc etc?

During the first week, almost everyone was playing the Terminator, which makes the statistics misleading. Long queue times often resulted in USSR being present on both teams, so quoting an 80% win rate at this stage is not entirely accurate.

It was beyond broken OP. Maybe one of the most OP vehicles ever added

Played the bmpt 4 times then put it down in disgust it’s blatantly overpowered slop, it was the equivalent of a point and click adventure with occasional bright flashes.
If it could go up more it should….

Sound like you are new in wt, you may enjoy stomping players in 10.3 and .7 but now you cant, so you blame… there is obj 120 with sabot in 8.0, you can easly pen most of u.s. tank even heavy ones… so its balance, you can still play 2s38 and t80ud they still good

Yeah, I understand that frustration, when buying something, and it getting nerfed a lot right after purchase and getting nothing in return.
But it is amazed it took so little time, when remembering Fuji teams running everything over, and when people told anything against it, answer was just aim/skill issue/get good. And miraculously that doesnt work on anotherway around.

This pack was clearly designed for BR 10.3, not 10.7 or 11.3.

clearly is the word you want to use? There are numerous problems with this.
A) wouldnt be the first time gaijin released undertiered premium and had to hotfix it (hello release Su-25K/A-10A early)
B) in relation to the previous point, you should fully expect that vehicle can and will move up and down in BR at any given time. Its neccesary part of the game to adjust BRs based on performance, and in fact id say gaijin doesnt do it nearly enough
C) its survivability clearly wasnt 10.3 material which was apparent even during the devserver, yet people said “gaijin wont release it like this”. io behold, 10.3 BMPTs made that BR range unplayable.

Where is the enjoyment or satisfaction in encountering — regardless of nation — a monster with a 2.6-second reload, firing a 155 mm HESH shell capable of destroying most top-tier vehicles in a single hit, while also having practically indestructible armor?

The T58 is also OP, and it deserves to go up in BR.

your car is not competing against other cars and doing very well.
your new afvs were dominating the competition.
hence the correction in the balancing.

Well more parctical example if using cars should be using leasing, since in Gaijins term you pay for priviledge of using that vehicle.

So if you lease a car, and dealer decides to raise your monthly fee , and giving nothing back in return , ends up that customer can cancel the deal, and get a refund, and this is quite strict Eu’s consumer protection laws.

And this is nothing to do on was it balanced or not in 10.3 ( NOT) But completely on customers side of this thing.
