My fps lower directly to 20s from over 100 suddenly, I thought it was the problem of my computer ,but it still happens when I lower my graphics.Does anyone have this problem?

That your computer my friend. I’m not an expert but the GPU or smth like that could be the problem. On my side my PS4 doesn’t have that problem but I get bad connexion problem.

Well, yours shouldn’t be a new post.
If a competent & motivated tech mod were patrolling this area, they’d merge posts with key words “lag” “freeze” “jitter” and discipline the community to comment within those boundaries.
That said, you really should consider scrubbing your drivers package with free Windows app “DDU”. It’s potentially harmful to your system if you ignore instructions but it’s equally powerful and has repeatedly eliminated my lag, freeze & jitter experiences on War Thunder.

Yes but CAREFULLY!
Read every word of DDU instructions including first enter Safe Mode, disconnect from internet (so Windows doesn’t try to “help”) and don’t click the sponsored orange button offering to update drivers automatically, that’s a completely different service that you don’t want.
I swear I spent a YEAR suffering stuttering on War Thunder and DDU solved it 100% for me.
PROTIP: Download your replacement driver and have it handy before starting the DDU procedure. I keep my same old driver launcher from months ago in a documents folder just for this purpose.

You can also go into your Program Files > War Thunder folder and delete the folders titled “cash” and “compiledShaders”. Your War Thunder launcher will automatically rebuild them from scratch which sometimes solves graphics/visual/Bogey spotting issues.
Whose problem is it?The game or Nvidia driver?
It’s Gaijin because of so many reports of “no problem in other games” from Nvidia users.
However, I feel that, fighting in beautiful WWII planes in real time against other humans all over the world, 24/7 is such a blessing that I will tolerate a lot of difficulties from Gaijin to continue with War Thunder. However, I will someday reach my limit of tolerance of Gaijin’s negligence and bugs and bad flight models that I’ll be forced to migrate to IL-2 Great Battles for more consistent quality WWII prop plane experience. I own two IL-2 modules already as they sell very cheap around Christmas time. : )
