If you’re on PC, clear the cache folder in your game folder, as well as the compiledShaders folder, then verify files in the launcher.
If you’re on console, you’ll have to join the others that are reporting this sort of thing in the interim. I have no idea if heat could cause this on the console but maybe if you are, check it’s not heating up or anything.

Sometimes the snail decides to drink a bit too much vodka…And cause the whole game to suddenly crash when I used 5 RP and SL boosters in one game!
