I hope some day more info comes out of the F-5AG A-G mode because right now, that thing is completely undeserving of 10.7, the AJS-37 is also very underwhelming as a CAS plane, it can sure do some work but you have to rely on enemy AA being blind or too foolish to shoot your AGM65s
I was reading through some suggestions for swedish AA and I liked your Finnish 6 wheeler suggestion, it looked fun and would be a nice gap filler, the 23 mm are always nice AA, good ballistics and damage.
Honestly I’ve never had too much issue with the USH, mainly because I learned 20mm orlikon ballistics by spending copious amounts of time in the R3
On note with the Saab-105, I definitely agree, the SK series as a whole is great, the SK-60 is strong when you learn how to aim the rockets and the Saab-105G is a beast overall, especially if you take advantage of asymmetrical load outs, you can not only do great CAS but you can also do amazing CAP, I’m very much looking forward to the J version, I also hope that they give the Saab-105 and Sk-60 their minigun pods and some other missing weaponry but those probably aren’t coming, I can dream though. (This entire message was a big fat run on sentence lol)
Neither the Sk60 or the saab 105 had the gunpods, just the J model. Also i didn’t make the ZSU suggestion but i am a huge fan of it.
Now the F 35 being 10.7 in ground is silly imo, for 9 1000lb bombs you too can be the same BR as a vehicle that slings AGM 65’s or GBU’s with a thermal pod. While also lacking your better A2A missiles and your correct countermeasure number.

Yeah, 10.7 for a vehicle with mid flight performance and 9 unguided bombs is kinda outrageous (also the fact that its a fricken squadron vehicle, why the hell is it squadron, we have 1/4 tech tree drakens, that’s insane)
Back to the SAAB-105, do you know if the G also carried 10 250 pound bombs or just the J?
No idea on the standard G model. The J was upgraded in nearly every way over the G, but i do know there are some things missing, there are people more well versed in its history and specs than myself.
Between 4.0-5.0 there’s the dual 40mm Lvkv m/43, an analogue to the American M19 and M42 SPAAs. It could also get better slightly better post-war HE-rounds, though a hit with a 40mm HE is basically a guaranteed kill anyway on an aircraft.
Yes execpt because its dual barrel it will go to 6.0 because its better then the lvkv 43, and how many swedish spaa are missing their post war ammo that would give them good velocity? Again if gaijin wanted people on sweden to stop playing spaa as td’s like all of them are. They would’ve done it by now.
The Lvkv 42 (I assume you meant this one) has AP-T rounds (95mm pen) and higher rate of fire (240 RPM), which I think it’s why it is at such a high BR. SPAAs is sadly often rated by how good their ammunition is against ground vehicles rather than air. The Lvkv 43 (dual 40mm) only have access to SAPHE (68mm pen), so not much better than the L-62 ANTI II and the same 120 RPM fire rate, just with one more gun. Because of this I believe it would get a lower BR, around 4.0-5.0 like in the US tree with the M19/M42.
You forget gaijin has no interest in giving sweden usable SPAA. Again the Veak has been rotting since it as thrown to 7.7 and it could become useful if it got its higher velocity rounds but gaijin hs so far ignored them. Again given the Anti II and the LVKV just keep going up in BR the LVKV 43 will be 14.0 in about 2 years with the LVKV 42 being 12.0 lmao

Im just saying to get a decent SPAA at 4.0 and such they need to have no anti ground abilities or simply be on Russia or Germany to stay low in BR. Sweden simply only ever gets TD’s for SPAA.
