What topics do you want to see covered regarding air gameplay that you find lacking in resources or outdated?

I am looking to make video (Youtube) and text (here, generally) guides regarding air gameplay and while I have my own ideas, one thing I am wanting to know is what information are new players looking for in the current year 2025 that is either not available or the information is very outdated? This can be for anything in game. Answer if you have any thought in your head at all as to something that could be relevant.

Written introduction to flying propeller aircraft in Warthunder sim. Presently, the best guides are youtube videos from sim CCs, IL-2/DCS players or literal flight instructors uploading lessons.

I feel this creates an artificial barrier of entry scaring people away due to the sources seeming too scary outside of the specific sim CCs. With surprising regularity I find myself chatting in lobbies trying to explain how to take off or not lose control while flying.

Unfortunately, not sure if your own written guides would be sufficient given the forums are not very searchable through google in my experience and the wiki doesn’t allow for new pages wily-nily.

This wasn’t the question. You’re speaking on things not added yet as future updates. I’m asking what do people want for current advice.

I think a series on each missile would be nice. Just going over things like max range based on aspect and speeds, tips on using them effectively etc. Took me an eternity to feel comfortable using r60m. A lot you can say on r27 as well.

Maybe general posisitioning and flow of bvr matches, at least half of players in a match still mudsucking into the furball in the middle.

Prop guides that show things like ias climb speeds, notable enemies and how to approach them, how you might approach up/downtiers differently etc.

TBH ground needs a lot of help in terms of posisitioning and how to play maps, we really only have mc kong, wait for me, and dawg is making some now, but this is an area I feel like is extremely lacking. Playing ground and not having a gameplan for the map you are on and the spawn you are playing sucks if you are trying to do well consistently. Specifically tanks with poor depression and mobility like T series tanks, wait for me does have some to say on this in his guides in terms of the limitations these brings but thats it.
