What to do if you can't login to Gaijin Support

If you have some problems logging into our Gaijin Support page, (for example, your account has been banned), you have to follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to Gaijin Support site.
  2. Navigate to the article Account compromised or lost / How to recover your account / 2-step authentication issues
  3. At the bottom of the article, you will find a “Submit a request” button. Here you’re able to describe your problem and our Support Team will answer your questions.

That’s all! Just wait a bit, and you will receive an answer from our Gaijin Support team to the email you submitted into the request form.
