Could be wrong, but this looks like a graphics card that is either on its last legs or needs to have its drivers updated.
I’m not trying to be rude but… what is your setup? because even the background graphics are so low quality that i’m starting to wonder how you even play the game at any sort of functional fps.
that being said, do a file integrity check and restart the computer.
Most probable is that its either corrupt files or that your graphics card ran out of memory space to load the texture.

hi it working fine it just some planes rest of them get this weird bug it happend last patch
Its just the stukas
Its the decals remove them and everyting fine
Or inte aint the the stukas sen it on other planes to it aint the decal.
