Looks like a Panzer IV with the short 75mm gun.
That is a Panzer IV, the 4 return rollers are an easy tell, and im going to say its an F model, the F1 in game, because it has the short 7.5 cm KwK 37 L/24 and, although its a little difficult to see, the upper front plate looks to be flat behind the added track armour with the improved ball machine gun turret, and earlier variants had either a protruding drivers plate(E and D models) or no ball mounted machine gun(B and C models), the tank in this picture having the ball mounted machine gun but not the protruding drivers plate.
