i wont suggest getting any non premium from the market unless you want fun instead of efficiency.
A premium would always be better in this case since most vehicles on the market dont have any research benefits

usa, ussr, britan, or france, plane or tank, br between 9.5-12.7, preferably under $80

There are several excellent options between BR 3.0 and 7.0. I believe that the majority of desirable vehicles ranging between BR 9.0 and 12.7 cost significantly more than $80. Unless you are a collector, I believe it is far preferable to invest the money in a store premium vehicle (which is also less expensive) if your goal is to grind.

Well… That’s a good number of options, but I can’t recommend anything in those preferred BR ranges (I haven’t played that high too much yet)… Especially bc all the better ones are more than $80

I agree, but I would not invest in a premium vehicle. I would recommend saving money to invest in premium account instead when it goes on sale for 50% off.
