BMPT at 10.0 would be disgusting as hell. The BMP2M should already be 10.7 since it has a nasty gun and can fire ATGMs on the move and falsely bounces full KEPs off its hull.

The BMPT would be 10.7-11.3. Id demand 11.0. Its dual gun and ATGMs and armor will be so busted in game since its IRL firing inaccuracies wont be modeled

If these were introduced, could it lead to more balance in top tier between older Russian tanks and later Allied tanks?

What would the difference be in creative license between never used Swedish prototypes in a war situation and the latest Russian tanks?

Could the older T80s and 90s drop down and take a rightful realistic position in relation to later Nato tanks and their place filled by the T14 and T15 or would the amount of creative license used to create the latest, presumably secret Russian tanks just enrage NATO mains in the same way?

I think you just don’t understand what’s effective and what’s not.

BMPT will be very bad to drive, have bad missiles (ATAKA at 11.3+ will not penetrate tanks often), and an obscure twin cannon that will make it hard to aim.

It will not ride backwards, have a vulnerable turret. It’s close to its Chinese counterpart, which has rockets shot-forget.

It will be 10.0-10.7 at most.

It would literally be less effective than the bmp-2m

But significantly better than the Bradley M3A3, and I highly doubt itll be worse than the BMP2M

That’s a lot worse than bmp-2. Such tanks need to be bypassed, and how will he do it on a t-72 base? It will drive like a T-72b, i.e. very badly.

The game has an IFV balancing problem as they don’t have the unique troop mechanics they need

as if gajin gonna implement that, it will propably get pin point accuracy as well when it should wobble around like crazy, like the other russian IFV autocannons as well, Bradley and Puma specialy fire slower to increase their accuracy by a lot but they are as accurate as the BMPs and only have disadvantages because of slower fire rate, not to mentioning overheat which they do to fast as well. Gajin did model russian autocannons better then western ones

BMPT will act like a better Gepard with unlimited APFSDs faster , better armored and more

The biggest problem is it won’t drive well. I’m not sure that’s a good thing for a light tank. But we’ll see. I personally won’t play it most likely, I’m interested in Kurganets-25

USSR doesn’t need any new MBTs, they’re all fine where they are, in fact they need to balance the current MBTs at top tier and fill out some mid-tier gaps
