I have ground out USA, USSR, UK, FRANCE and Sweden to my desired state and i dont know which nations to do next, i mainly like nieche planes that are funny to play and also tanks that have atleast a bit of armor. I play only 1.0-9.0.

I’d say USA top , tanks and also planes are the best in the game. Never play Italy, China or Japan
I’d say Germany. If you want more variety thats the most logical nation to grind next.
After that, japan.
China has some interesting options for ground, but for air you won’t get much of anything different or interesting below 9.0 since its mostly copy paste from USSR.

why not Japan, its actually pretty good minus the lower tiers, from what I can tell at least and low tier is still pretty decent, I also agree with @HighRiskNoReward

Sweden 1.7, 2.7, 3.7/4.0 and 5.7 are nice. Swedish 6.7 is really good.
American 4.0 is peak, it’s 2.7 is very fun.
Germany is great at every BR I’ve played it at but apart from a few TD’s and the Panthers the tanks are paper

To be honest, I’m in the same boat right now. I enjoy playing high and mid-tier. At the moment, I’m not sure what I like best. Sometimes it’s annoying when players come into a game with an Abrams clickbait tank and two low-tier tanks… which is also the case with other nations, and it can really spoil the fun because you might end up fighting 15 other players with only 3 teammates. If Japan had a better SPAA, I’d really like playing them. Ground and air… but I feel the same way.
Why don’t italy? Italian plane isnt bad, if You know how to play with it, I know it’s a pretty boring tree, but you find a mix of italian, american and soviets plane
