What loadout should I use for the mig 21bis?

I just finished researching the Swedish tech tree and I noticed that there’s a mig 21bis and I never really flew mig 21s so I wanted to stockgrind it and I don’t know what loadout I should use 6 r60mk‘s? 4 r60mk‘s and 2 r3r‘s? Or other options?

I run 2 R-60Ms and 3 R-13Ms

Why r13‘s? They look like trash to me. I never used them so I could be wrong

I use 4 R-60Ms and 2 R-13Ms.

R-13s have much more range than the R-60s, and slightly more flare resistance too, however they all rear aspect only.

Much more reliable than R-60Ms. R-60M is one of the worst missiles I have ever used. I only carry 2 of them since they are useful in a headon and since it’s a double rack.

Not at 11.0. People are used to defending against SARH’s at those BRs, and R-3Rs are some of the worst.

I will try 4 r60 and 2 r13. Then 2 r60 and 3 r13 and i will see what works best

I would personally carry 4x R-60s and 2x R-13s, if you want to carry the R-3Rs you can but only use them as a 1km “shotgun shot” as I call it because they have no range. Launch at 1km and then pull away, if you do it right it should kill them, but at that point you could just use the R-60Ms so… it’s personal preference.

I run 4 R60’s and 2 R3R’s.

You’d be surprised how many people you can catch off guard with the basic SARH missiles.

I personally run 4xR-60M + 2xR-13M-1s
R-60Ms are GREAT at side aspect on unsuspecting enemies
And R-13M-1s fix the range issue
Optionally you can just use the R-60Ms as proxy rockets in headons
