We are told to go to PSN/Xbox club to find information on console sales but there is literally no such thing. There is nothing on the xbox website called xbox club, nor is there anything I can find on this website called xbox club. Searching it on google gives nothing. What is xbox club?

Just guessing they meant “Game Hub”. Games on xbox have this page with add-ons and bundles. General information about the game, that sort of thing. I have only seen the game hub on the actual console, though I hear there is an app for it.
The xbox website lists the same thing as the hub.
