Anything with more than 2 Sidewinder B’s or the equivalent.

4th gen jets in rank 8 is top tier to me. Would also include the non-ARH versions of the F-15/16 and MiG-29/Su-27, Mirage 2000, JAS39 etc.

I mean people tend to mix top tier with up tier. But top tier for me is when the jets start to appear. The rest is just low tier and mid tier l.
