I’ve had it happen a few times before, but I don’t know what causes it. I’ve been having much more problems ever since I upgraded to the RTX 2080 SUPER. I never had issues with the RTX 2060 back then. This is also just a fraction of all crashes I’ve had ever since I upgraded my GPU. There are a few crashes, like the buzzing noise, screen going black, and then crashing. Also sometimes it says “Video driver was hung and restarted” or something like that. Its happened so many times I can’t recall how much. Also, whenever I turn on raytracing, at a random time slightly after I turn it on, the game freezes and then it says “Texture quality was reduced to medium due to insufficient video memory”. I have 8GB of VRAM, and back then I had 6GB with the RTX 2060. Also, sometimes my pc has this weird clicking noise that synchronizes itself with VERY bad lag in the game. For some reason the lag usually fixes itself without me having to do anything, but if it doesn’t, I have to reset or change some of the graphics slightly lower, and I find this happens the most when the additional assets are loading/postponed at the top left corner. I use DX12 and run an 8 core Ryzen 7 5700X3D with 16GB of DDR4 RAM.

Having the same issue, I was using SSAA X4 which I turned off and that fixed it, and by “fixed” I mean give me 30min-1 hour of time before the issue would reappear and eat away at my texture quality twice
