I’ll relay. I don’t want to bug him too much, since this is more of a tit-for-tat “ok, I got you to play one of our games, so I’ll try yours” situation (in this case, I finally downloaded Nightreign and actually kinda enjoy it. I did end up buying Elden Ring altogether because of it.)
Nightreigns very fun imo
Off topic so ill end it here.
Another person with overlapping tastes in games does bring me hope that even if he starts with Sweden he might be fine. I’ll also knock off the off-topic posting.
We just need 1 single dev to say he likes the German TT and everything collapses
Nah that would be ignored thats just how people are lol. Imagine if a dev said he liked Italy, clearly the KF41 is clear evidence Italy has bias lmao
Are those even real? I always thought these are Wargaming’s imagination based on designers’ drawings and not actual projects that resulted in, at very least, mock-ups.
Yeah, I can’t find any actual sources on these either.
Yup, from a rather quick search, there was no tank (or its unique part) built, thus these projects are deemed “paper”.
Would love to see the landsverk projects someday, even if they were only ever mockups.

Fancy fella the Leo is, 5.7 to go with the Strv 74 should be good.
On the topic of Mockups (Or model with this i guess, same thing really.), the proposed upgrades for the Strv m/41 would also be nice.
Looks like they took inspiration from the Chaffee, at least the turret.
I see more Tiger (p) than chaffe imo
I always saw the Lansen turret as pretty Maus-like myself.
If you mean the m/41 mod then yeah i could see that more, though id be impossible without some spying since it was modeled in 1943 from what i remember.
Mjölner can’t do direct fire so not sure how it could be added. Ammunition consists of the just Swedish standard 120 mm mortar shells, so pretty lightweight compared to 120 mm from proper guns. STRIX is a thing ofc but wouldn’t work in WT. SSG 120 (aka AMOS) is viable on the other hand as it can do direct fire
I think it might work since, compared to artillery, a mortar system has much shorter minimum engagement range. The 120mm mortar is like 200m according to Nammo (Mortar Practice Ammunition - Nammo | Nammo).
Edit:
After looking a bit more the practice ammo is 200m min, the real ammo is 300m min.
End edit.
They would of course have to add some sort of indirect fire mechanic to the game in that case. Would be a cool update if similar vehicles are added to other nations (if they exist, i don’t know) together with such a mechanic. There are going to be players that don’t like having that mechanic in game though and that’s understandable, being able to fire over hills/rocks/etc from 100% cover might be to OP unless restrictions are added to the mechanic itself somehow.
Omg, I want that, hahaha.
I tried to look it up and can’t find any info on why it can’t do direct fire, because there is a big difference between “physically incapable” and “not recommended”. For instance it was believed for a long time that Strv 103 was incapable of firing on the move, when in reality it was just discouraged in training and by manuals.
Edit: It would be nice and simple if one could just directly ask a crew conscript if they could direct fire if they really wanted, since these are in service by now, but I’m not sure if that’s something they could disclose.
I’ve posted that quite a few times, also the PLM-12 I believe it was called.
Using the RB-75T’s without 4 and the 2 Aim 9J’s? Interesting choice, I’ve only use the full RB-75T load.
How do you play it as CAS in ground, do you stay low to the ground?
