What even is the Z12 german destroyer and how to use it?

I often use the wiki and read up on a new vehicle I get, but the Z12’s page is largely blank.

Feel free to do some research and fill in the gaps - it is a wiki after all - created by enthusiastic amateurs! :)

The German 12.7cm guns are pretty good - fast firing and with decent punch. German torpedoes are good - better with the range mod.

But it has only mediocre AA - the 37mm guns are, IIRC, single shot not automatic, so pretty much useless, so mostly you are relying on 6 x 20mm automatic guns, which is better than nothing, but not great.
