I have created a bug report about how the cursor on Xbox series x randomly stops working at least 3 times in the last 3 months. None of the reports were even looked into or acknowledged. How can I play the game if every match I have to restart the game just to have a working cursor? Oh and get this, if you restart the game to fix the bug, you can’t rejoin the match you were in meaning I may get 1 death and have to permanently leave the match due to the bug. I don’t like 1 death leaving unless I am getting spawn killed but this is forcing me to do so because the bug won’t be fixed.
More reports made, 0 acknowledged. Is there nobody looking into Xbox bug reports or are they intentionally ignoring any that are actual reports. I know when I see something that isn’t an actual report it gets removed instantly.
Even more bugs since the update, more reports made by me and others, none are acknowledged.
I’d not attribute it to malice as such, but more the similarity with trying to report a Linux client bug where to replicate or partake you need to have Linux and use Linux.
I think you want to check in with a tech mod or somewhere in that line of pursuit.
Honestly knowing how things are, I’d be likely to get banned for complaining before any of my bug reports are acknowledged lol.

As I leaned to though, it’s tricky being they would have to have an xbox in the first instance.
Tbh I think they have put Xbox bug reports in the back of the storage closet so to speak. All I have seen there are volunteers closing non bug reports and no actual bug reports being accepted.
It’s official, xbox bug reports are dead. No clue why they even allow us to report bugs when they will never be looked into or seen when they are xbox specific.
would be great if they let us transfer our accounts to pc…

By cursor, do you mean on a controller? I haven’t noticed any issue on Xbox Series S. If there’s a problem, send the URL for your bug report to other players who play the game on Xbox and get them to help bump it. Be sure there aren’t a dozen duplicates of the same problem.
I have a private chat group on Xbox that I like to call War Thunder Snail Gang. If you PM me on there you can message a few other users. I have a dozen WT players on my xbox friends list but if none of them share your problem then we can’t help.

Yes on controller. Just reported the bug again after a bit of not playing as it is still occurring. This bug has been around for over half of a year at minimum.
Man in the loop is also still inverted as well for comtroller users.
At this point I wonder why we have a bug report system for console when controller specific bugs are likely to never be fixed as when we provide info we are asked for more or we just get ignored. With the cursor randomly becoming responsive if I provide a video, what will that show besides a screen with no movement? On the MITL being inverted one, a video won’t show our controller so how can we show this? We are stuck in an endless cycle of either A being stuck with bugs or B being forced to use a keyboard and mouse. The fact when our bug reports are shown we are more likely to see a volunteer than an actual official makes it seem like we aren’t being taken seriously. It is depressing for those like me who physically can’t stand being used to a keyboard. I have tried, one whole month of using it, still prefer a controller.
I know this post will likely be seen as a rant but when we are literally begging for bug fixes I would think it would be justified, especially when one bug I mentioned has been around for over half a year as I have found from my bug report searches.
