I have created a bug report about how the cursor on Xbox series x randomly stops working at least 3 times in the last 3 months. None of the reports were even looked into or acknowledged. How can I play the game if every match I have to restart the game just to have a working cursor? Oh and get this, if you restart the game to fix the bug, you can’t rejoin the match you were in meaning I may get 1 death and have to permanently leave the match due to the bug. I don’t like 1 death leaving unless I am getting spawn killed but this is forcing me to do so because the bug won’t be fixed.
More reports made, 0 acknowledged. Is there nobody looking into Xbox bug reports or are they intentionally ignoring any that are actual reports. I know when I see something that isn’t an actual report it gets removed instantly.
Even more bugs since the update, more reports made by me and others, none are acknowledged.
I’d not attribute it to malice as such, but more the similarity with trying to report a Linux client bug where to replicate or partake you need to have Linux and use Linux.
I think you want to check in with a tech mod or somewhere in that line of pursuit.
Honestly knowing how things are, I’d be likely to get banned for complaining before any of my bug reports are acknowledged lol.

As I leaned to though, it’s tricky being they would have to have an xbox in the first instance.
Tbh I think they have put Xbox bug reports in the back of the storage closet so to speak. All I have seen there are volunteers closing non bug reports and no actual bug reports being accepted.
It’s official, xbox bug reports are dead. No clue why they even allow us to report bugs when they will never be looked into or seen when they are xbox specific.
