I have a feeling that the event will be about fictional nations from some Internet media presented in the game as new tech trees in “open beta-testing”.
People have been asking for decompression, so gaijin will give us INFINITE compression by making matchmaking irrelevant, random BR for April fools

the april fools update will be actual game balance. no more modern SPGs and semi modern SPAA shooting ww2 stuff
I’m wondering if they will add AI controlled soldiers to the April Fool’s Day event. There are many IFVs in the game now, and it would be very interesting if these vehicles could release a small team of AI soldiers and allow them to attack each other or occupy target points.

Maybe they bring back hull break? Over pressure has some issues in game, so maybe if they both existed at once. A sort of trial run for it, I think it could be beneficial in some aspects.
that would be an actual improvement to the game so whatever the event is a test for wont be for that

that would be cool actually if you could get skins from ace combat as some kind of reward, but I don’t think they will do it because of licensing issues.

It’s April fools, it could be something entirely different… The official announcement talks about WW1 and the trailer is the current conflict (obviously), in some parts of the trailer the UI looks painted on/fake.
It could be anything but infantry really🤷♂️
