It might be better at dogfight but it would have slower acceleration and hence it won’t be able to get into position

If it gets the new engines I’ve heard about it might also be a quite fast platform.

Honestly, same. The WS-15 (I think that’s the name) is likely going to be on a later variant, one thing I fear though is finding sources for said engine, could be a J-15 situation all over.

It probably depends on which F-22 variant would be added, the one with no modifications, such as HMD or the one with the all the tech upgrade it is getting (With all upgrade it should be at same level with F-35 in terms of technology).
If the older one is added, Then maybe F-35 would be far better however if the modern one is added then F-22 will probably be far better then F-35 in terms of A2A (In A2G F-35 would be better regardless whatever variant of F-22 is added)

Depends if the beast mode actually exist or not, But for now F-22 can can carry more missiles, 6 AMRAAMS and two 9X in IWB and F-35 can only carry 4 AMRAAMS internally and 2 9X externally (though i have heard that F-35 is being upgraded to carry 6 AMRAAMS internally). Besides this varients like F-35C/B would also have to carry external gun pod as they don’t have internal gun pod

Because of the PL-15? PL-15 will seem to be an PL-12A but 4kg lighter (210kg), slightly reduced drag similar to how AIM-120C has a bit reduced drag compared to AIM-120A due to clipped fins, similar thrust to PL-12A, but worse maneuverability than PL-12A if we’re going to go off of the most likely modeling from Gaijin. Dual pulse motor as well, but it will not have much better time-to-target at medium ranges than PL-12A it seems.
So PL-15 should be a slight improvement over the PL-12A over every aspect but I would still regard it in the same realm as the AIM-120D-3 (going off of Gaijin’s likely modeling, not its irl performance).

On the F-22 topic they’ll put in the older non HMD version. There are AN/APG 77 variants so I also assume they’ll use the initial one with some slower scan rate or whatever.
I doubt it will be getting IRST if it isn’t modernized and integrated yet.
people keep saying this, but it was tested with HMD early in its service too

I agree yes it should have it but in my heart I think gaijin will use it as a nerf to begin with. Might add it later but not initially. Premium F-22 (early) with 0 HMD then later on F-22 with HMD.
The dogfighting potential of the F22 w/ thrust vectoring will have it nerfed off the bat.
Any source for this? Like anything prior to its integration of AIM-9X?

Highly doubt it finishes testing/integration by the time F-35s are added and I doubt they’d be given to them at all even for GB. Best you can hope for is AIM-120D-3
no, the earliest Scorpion HMD F-22 pictures i know of are from 2014, which was before the first guided 9X launch from a Raptor but after early integration work

Yeah, then an early raptor wouldn’t have F-22 with HMD, probably just AIM-9M and no HMD.

But would it be worth it? You would be sacrificing one of the biggest advantage (which would be stealth) to carry extra 8 missile. This would also probably slow you down (Unless the pylons can be jettisoned, but even then you would be revealing your position at the start of the match)
Technically one could argue for addition of meteor to American F-35 as well. Even then, only inert meteor has been tested. No meteor has been fired from F-35 (IIRC) so chance of gaijin adding them is very low and by the time it is tested/integrated i think AIM-260 would also enter service
