I’ve seen a lot of these “badges” in players’ profiles in the WT forum. And, to this day, I still don’t understand their meaning and how to get them? Here is an example:

I think it’s just a presence thing, I’ve got heaps but I don’t think mine show because I have my profile hidden or something.

They are CBT badges usually linked to pre orders before an update

Like other guys said - the badges are rewards for participating in CBT. You can/could get into the CBT by various ways: pre-order pack, accomplish special missions, sign in via form etc.
