What are the requirements for suggesting Aircraft Armaments?

I want to make a suggestion about the Wind Demon and Ice Breaker missiles. They have detailed information in official website and some mockups.

But there is no real photo of these missiles mounted on planes, aside the information that say with which planes they are compatible.

But then I looked at the KH-38MT that was also only mockup and paper, but still got added. Then its appropiate to make a suggestion about both missiles?
