I believe so, there may be other limitations besides fuel flow such as temps and pressures but from what I understand the power output remains within a certain rating regardless of fuel type.

If they just properly fixed sabot shattering mechanics at high AoA impact the Abrams improper modeling would be considerably less noticeable to begin with.

Gaijin won’t bother fixing the Abrams because if they made it like real life Abrams. It would also most likely break some of the game because on how powerful it is. But I would definitely love to see my country’s MBT get better in game sometime.

All MBT’s in the game would benefit from some realism - just as players at 5.7 have to aim for weak spots so would top tier MBT’s. It would stop being a game of just shoot the breech to guarantee they can’t shoot back and become more like Jumbo Sherman vs Tiger.

And then completely remove one of the only things that makes top tier actually different from 5.7, the armament.
If you ahistorically buff all MBTs to fit the WW2 heavy struggle to pen eachother-fest then I invite you to create your own custom mission with the CDK and let your fantasies run wild, but I can assure you that people want their darts to do what they say on the tin, and penetrate things from a variety of angles and ranges.

I think you have been fed a little bit too much abrams propaganda, the SEP V2 with a DU LFP addon would just scrape it equal to the Leopards, and nothing would be broken about them since the same doctrinal issues still stand of a colossal breach, massive turret neck and easily disable-able gun. The only way to make the abrams perform how you act it does is to give it 10,000mm of RHA on every crevice and plate, only then will the abrams perform like the propaganda suggests

Everything I said was historical, nothing ahistorical at all about my arguments.

These aren’t doctrinal issues, the breech on the Abrams should be sufficient to stop our current Sabot - same as the turret cheek armor. The M1A1 and such underperforms in that regard. The Leopards over perform.

Fix the ballistics, game becomes much more difficult for your average point and clicker.

So russian tanks become unplayable, the ariete remains just as bad, the Leopard and Abrams get to be the best all around, challenger has the best armour, type 10 gets the best reload, everyone else is somewhere in between.

Welp i’m kind of wish that Gaijin take GHPC tank combat gameplay as an example and put them in this game.
-proper big map , -better Objective such as push enemy out of the area , search and destroy , etc (not just “capture the circle” we have in game atm) , -Tank commander who actually help you spot and pin-point targets for you .

Also, what does it matter? I said it is more mobile not faster. A bike isn’t cornering harder than some million dollar hypercars and certainly not better than a forklift.
