The F16D Block 70/72 in one of the newest F16 variants capable of many things that the earlier f16s couldn’t do. It has fuel tanks attachable to the upper fuselage of the plane and a total of 13 pylons ready for missiles. I think it would be a great addition to the US tech tree in the F16 line as current F16C lacks pylons and that is the main reason not a lot of people play it. This is going to be the revival of the F16 and make it one of the best fighters in game with its new radar with 5th gen capabilities and modified cockpit for better information and awareness of the pilot. Overall I would love to see that jet in the future of War Thunder.

We will probably see B70/72 for China and 50 PoBIT for USA soon. At least I hope.

F-16V for taiwan would be a nice unique one, the US can have a modernised F-16C simce they are in no short supply or those, and it would give taiwan something actually unique for once

Right now, the US Air Force needs the top-of-the-line F-16V. Because the new F-15CGE is simply terrible.

Meanwhile US doesn’t even have F-16V …or Blk 70/72. They just have heavily upgraded Block 30/32/40/42/50/52.
However they possibly are more advanced than the 16V package and probably can use anything US has as an armament…
16V is export model/upgrade kit.
Edit : On the other hand … I’d die to play a Block 30 with AESA, Legion pod, HMDS, 9X and 120D…
