Was the config file changed? I cant seem to enable my sound mopds or my hanger. (idk if this is the right tab to send this to)

the config file looks entirely diffrent then what it use to be and this has really thrown me for a loop due to the fact i cant find anything nor have any of my thing have given me errors to work with, its just base WT. i do use the steam WT so could that cause issues?

let me elaborate, i dont see the sound settings or most of any settings conf.blk had before most of the settings are in a jargled mess all cramed together
