I play on Xbox and I have encountered the following problems.
The screen jitters while trying to play. It has cost me hits or resulted in my demise.
The network dissconnects ALL THE TIME.
I have hade my high speed internet clocked and my connection checked several times. They have bothe checked out fine.
I cannot justify paying anymore for premium or game pass with these issues. I know im not the only one reporting these problems. I now have my tank taking off on its own (another issue players have aso reported). Can anyone please tell me if there are any settings I need to change on my Xbox to help with this or is it a WarThunder issue.
My xbox brother, I have the same problem. Iβm playing on the Xbox Series S, but I recommend the Series X (or whatever the next one happens to be). My screen constantly tears and jitters, part of that is just crap-a*** rendering on Series S. They have to do magic tricks to make the game run on such basic hardware. In the future Iβd like to play on Series X, or the Series X2, if it comes out in a couple of years haha. The other thing is your monitor or TV. Ideally you want to have something new that has Variable Refresh Rate so your GPU aligns with your screen.
Without VRR and without a decent game system you will get flickery graphics and screen tearing. As for your network problem, this could be anything. What is your modem/router/ISP? Do you share with a dozen other tenants?
BTW GamePass has nothing to do with War Thunder, no subscription is required to play War Thunder online. Sony got rid of the requirement, and Microsoft followed.
