My account is connected, but the Twitch Drop items haven’t appeared in my game. Can anyone help?
It sometimes can take up to 24hr assuming it’s all connected correctly. Refresh your in-game by going to the store or marketplace in-game to check.

Hi, it’s been 24 hours and I’m still having this issue on Twitch. My account is connected, but the items still haven’t appeared in my game.
When you click ‘connect’ or the refresh icon on the 3 drops that are missing what does it bring you to?
On the Twitch website, in the Drops and Rewards section, when I click on the purple “Connect” button, the site opens [ Twitch drops - Gaijin registration website ], but in the middle of the page, this text appears: (Successfully paired), and my account is connected.
After I return to the Twitch page again, there is a refresh icon/button, but even after refreshing, this problem still exists.
Click on change twitch in the second image you posted, it should bring you to an authorise page. Even if it’s the same twitch account & name.
As you’re the only one who posted about this it seems to be an issue with your twitch, i see you claimed drops from a couple months ago so something must have disconnected or gone wrong in that time frame.
I clicked on the option you mentioned, the page opened, I confirmed the change, and in the Twitch Drops & Rewards section, the checkmark or claim mark has appeared, but even after half an hour, they still haven’t appeared in the game.
Also, this item has been added in the Connections section.
Just keep refreshing your game & give it 24hrs, now it’s connected and you’ve claimed the drops you should get them soon.

I can see that the “campaign has closed”. Did you redeemed them before the time expired?
Because it seems that they weren’t claimed.
I watched the Twitch Drop completely for two full hours on the first day and completed the required time periods for the Silver Booster and Research, as well as the Daily Premium. The next day, I activated/claimed them, but instead of seeing the claim checkmarks on the Twitch site, a purple box with “Connect” text appeared for me. I brought up the issue here, and your respected colleague guided me. After that, the confirmation checkmarks appeared for me in the Twitch site’s Drops and Rewards section, but they still haven’t been added to the game.
Hi, i’m sorry but I have some kind of same problem.
I watched stream and i got twitch drops, after I looked in my inventory I saw the “connect your game account” or somethind like that. I have done everything and site stated that accounts succesfully linked but when I arrived to the twitch page “connection requered” was still that. I tried to refresh twitch but nothing changed. After that i tried to change account and still nothing changed. Connection was still requered. I thought that maybe it’s just twitch and it need time to refresh information while site was stating that accounts are linked. I click “claim” after that and there isn’t button “claim” now but the “connect your game account” is still there and i didn’t get the reward yet. I’ve done it next day after the stream and it’s few days after i clicked “claim” and still i didn’t get the reward. I’ve done this only with 50% of RP coz i was curious if my accounts are linked. I still can claim 50% of SL and 1 day of premium account. Maybe there are some instructions what i need to do?
Honestly, i tried everything i could and “connect your game account” is still there… I just don’t hope to get rewards this time…
Since there was an issue with the drops, some of you can have them added in game today. Please log-off and relogin the game
