The balance has been worsened for the Entente again. The A7V remains a very potent vehicle so you need to use the only vehicle that can kill it, the Chamond.
But now the germans are also spamming the Garford which one shots instantly the Chamond while the Chamond can’t do anything to a Garford.
That’s a win-win for Germany

Same gun is already in game in France. They could just give it modern shells (mle. 1937 APCR)

And it’s the worst gun of the game. So bad that the vehicles using it got replaced by the ones with the 47mm
if new players started with ww1 and would have to grind to current 1.0 then I think even bigger % would quit

i could agree about having fun, but the gun makes it impossible. Have you played them ? The 37mm isn’t viable at all ! No pen and next to no post pen damage. You can’t kill a thing with that joke of a gun

Garford is probably worse than the A7 at this point, but the Chamond still gets one shot by both, and with the limited firing angles and massive size you can’t go anywhere in it undetected so you’re just on the defensive whilst Germany can capture zones and then ticket bleed does the rest.

the worst part is that i don’t mind getting killed by an A7V so much at this point, it’s still a tank and i can do something against it.
The garford on the other hand has no reason to be here and is the typical rat that ruins the game in the first place, excellent gun and soaks up shells better than a Maus
APCR against 18 crew, it’s not going to end well, they could maybe add a howitzer variant that fired 75 mm HE, the FT-75BS.

Well then how could adding a tank that is worse in everyway than the H35 could be fun ? It would drive players away like the H35 and FCM 36 did.
Don’t get me wrong, i’d love to see the FT in game, but if it’s not viable, don’t bother adding it
Germany could’ve gotten the FT17 as well, so the milktruck would not be necesary.

For the same reason people are playing the MK. V. For an experienced player it is fun to go play crap against new players. Gives them a chance too
Not only this, but constant losses mean your likely getting less score per battle too
