What exactly is the issue with adding the flag of a nation that possesses its own domestically developed vehicles and operates completely independently from its neighboring state that claims to control it, despite having no control over it?

Already tested in current server, nothing changed, still can’t lock at heli that have LDIRCM, 8 missile not enough. What can I said this is just a nerf instead a buff. Z-10ME still have magical forcefield.
