i do agree with this logic. If there is other countries there should be ROC also. Valid point.
Yes it is if you live in Belize, Saint Lucia, Marshall Islands or the likes.
If you’re situated anywhere else it’s not and you’re actively going against the decision of your own government.
Where is this flag used I don’t know a whole lot about it
This is the best solution.
ROC shouldn’t be a thing in the game for vehicles from 70s onwards.
Come on, hear the man out. If there was a state or country that existed at the time and produced or launched a tank, then its flag should be there. Other countries in the game have similar cases. If, during a certain period, the nation was recognized and actually produced something, then it’s a valid point that its flag belongs.
lmao
what a take.
XF5U-1 Battle Rating and/or Flight Model fix when?
That would also mean PRC vehicles before 1971 wouldnt have their flag. :)
France sold Mirages way after they rescinded their recognition of ROC, so this thing should fall under China with at best a different flag.

That’s fine by me.
Then Taiwan it’s still a country because they were recognized several times and they made vehicles that we have ingame
SSAO is strait up dead with this update
Recognition: Taiwan (officially the Republic of China, ROC) has been recognized as a sovereign state by various countries at different times, especially before the 1970s. Today, only a small number of countries officially recognize it, but it maintains de facto independence and its own government, military, and foreign relations.
Vehicle production: Yes, Taiwan has developed and produced military vehicles (such as the CM-11 Brave Tiger tank, CM-32 Clouded Leopard, etc.), which are featured in some military-themed games.
Country status: In international law, Taiwan is considered a de facto independent country, even though not widely recognized by the UN.
Yea ok sure
Keyword de facto.
Anything procured after the 70s can’t be owned by ROC as it doesn’t exist.
Can we get an explanation from the CMs regarding the ROC flag?
There’s been no communication and they just went ahead with the change. It took them less than a day to respond to the original topic demanding its removal, but now after two weeks, we haven’t heard a single word from them. If Gaijin decided to stick with the change, they must have some valid reasons, let’s hear them.
No but this is just insane ignorance from gaijins side. The bug report for spall liners on all modern Chinese MBTs have been accepted years ago. And they now only implement it to a few select tanks.
Besides, it’s not like spall liners were the only things gaijin did wrong with the Chinese tanks. And I still have yet to see a fix for those
Yea ok of course I get false flagged
Thats true.
