Hello, I am having trouble logging into War Thunder and keep receiving error code 81110013, “Unable to load user profile.” I have already restarted my computer and router, flushed my DNS, and tested the game on a completely different network, but I still receive the same error. I also tried Guest Login, and that gives me the same 81110013 error. I have not requested any refunds or chargebacks on my account. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account, profile, or connection to the War Thunder servers and help me resolve this problem? Thank you.
This is just a connection issue with the server, it’s not about a sanction in your account. If you play on Steam try to launch the game directly from the launcher aces_BE.exe found at \Steam\steamapps\common\War Thunder. This hopefully should help.
