My wae thunder game crashed while playing.
After playing the game for a while, it suddenly crashes and a window pops up saying ‘send crash dump to developers’. I clicked OK, but I still can’t play the game. I’ve tried repairing the game files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and even restarting my computer, but nothing worked. Other games run completely fine.
My specs are AMD Ryzen 3 4100 / 16GB RAM / Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 / B450M-K motherboard.
Please help me.
First thing to check is if you are getting an error message when it crashes and what code it gives you, you can then search the code on the support page to see if there are fixes listed and if there are none then you can google the code (or write it here for others to help).
Second thing to check is if all your drivers are up to date.
Third thing is to check is you are running DX 12 or DX 11, DX 12 is a bit unstable in general and is currently only in “beta” so switching to DX 11 might help you in that case.
