Gaijin always selects specific packs to put into the sale. So some of the spearhead packs may be in the sale, some may not. You will have to wait one week to know for sure.

In the past, our May discount was -30% off, which did not change, but today, at the earliest time, -50% off made me think I was wrong, but after looking closely, I found that it was indeed -50% off.
My first reaction was: it looks like Gaijin set the value to the wrong amount, I think it could be a bug, I didn’t buy the -50% off Tech Tree Silver Carrier to be conservative, and want to wait to see if things will change.

Everyone else did not.
Other players getting 50% instead of 30% will not influence anyone’s life at all.
We now have a large number of -50% off promotions. In comparison, -30% off feels a bit awkward. Honestly, let’s change them to -50% off; this can satisfy all players.
Please do not create some strange scenarios and throw “I won’t be able to sleep” trauma on us.
Please do not call players, who were not aware of interface error a “radical” or blame them of using the discount they saw. We will not change the 30% discount, it was always 30% for May and it’s same this year.
There is nothing to refund, if you got 50%, you are lucky and we will not deduct that additional 20% from you. If you simply took advantage of the 30% discount, good for you, that’s how it works for over a decade.
Please do not SPAM with screens, everything related to interface error was already said.

They happen for the anniversary of the game late October and Early November and also in December for the winter sales :).
Edit : Sometimes you also get 50 % offers during the summer sales, late June.
